Sessions are available online or by telephone at times to suit you, including weekends and evenings.  You can decide how many sessions you would like, and the frequency of sessions, with weekly or fortnightly recommended. I am here to support you every step of the way.

Trainee counsellors are very welcome. I have first-hand experience of the journey undertaken to becoming qualified and the challenges this may bring. Training to become a counsellor can feel overwhelming and most certainly will mean learning to understand yourself, your values, beliefs, biases and prejudices. By engaging with personal therapy, together we can explore some of the areas you may have been introduced to in your studies, which may feel relatable and even perhaps distressing. Similarly, as you begin your journey in client placements, you may wish to reflect on your first few sessions, how clients have affected you or perhaps consider your own feelings and reactions to client disclosure. Please enquire about reduced student rates and flexible time slots to suit you and fit in with your busy timetables.
